About Kirstin Lynde
Kirstin Lynde works with individuals and teams to help them generate improved results, set and reach important goals, master new skills, and maximize personal or team effectiveness. She is passionate about helping her clients realize their full potential while enjoying “the journey” along the way.
Kirstin has focused on coaching, organizational development, and training for the past 15 years, working with clients at organizations such as FedEx, IDC, and Ropes & Gray. During her years as Director of Professional Development at Digitas in the ‘90s, the firm grew from 150 to 2,000 professionals, expanded internationally, went public, and was named “Agency of the Year” by Adweek.
Her experience includes having lived the challenges of her coaching clients. She worked with Fortune 500 clients as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and as later as a vice president in marketing and account management at Digitas.
Kirstin also serves as a personal coach for individuals wishing to advance their goals or change important parts of their lives outside the work arena.
Kirstin holds an MBA from The Wharton School and graduated magna cum laude from Williams College. She has won awards from the National Professional Videographers Association, and served on the board of Viacord, a leading national biotech company focused on cord blood banking and research. She trained with the Coaches Training Institute, and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She has two beautiful daughters and lives in Massachusetts.
