About Kirstin Lynde, CHHC, AADP

 

Kirstin Lynde is the founder of Catalyz, a holistic health and nutrition practive offering tailored education and counseling to individuals wishing to use nutrient-dense food to improve specific health issues and to promote overall wellness.   She is an AADP-certified Health Counselor and educator with a private practice that offers assistance countrywide.   

P4020034.jpgKirstin's background includes 15 years as an educator and one-on-one coach.     Her formal nutritional training is from the SUNY-affiliated Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.     Her informal nutritional training stems from endless trial and error and exploration in the kitchen.   As a single mother with two children, she is particularly focused on making healthy eating easy, cost-effective, and enjoyable to adults and kids alike. 

Kirstin graduated magna cum laude from Williams College and holds an MBA from the Wharton School.   She has won awards from the National Professional Videographers Association, and served on the board of Viacord, a leading national biotech company focused on cord blood banking and research.   She trained with the Coaches Training Institute, and is a member of the International Coach Federation.   She and her two wonderful daughters reside in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
