About Kirstin Lynde
Kirstin Lynde provides tailored education and counselling to individuals wishing to use nutrient-dense foods to improve specific health issues and to promote overall wellness.
Kirstin's background includes 15 years as an educator and one-on-one coach. Her formal nutritional training is from the SUNY-affiliated Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Her informal nutritional training stems from endless trial and error and exploration in the kitchen. As a single mother with two children, she is particularly focused on making healthy eating easy (we're all time-strapped), cost-effective, and enjoyable to adults and kids alike.
Kirstin graduated magna cum laude from Williams College and holds an MBA from the Wharton School. She has won awards from the National Professional Videographers Association, and served on the board of Viacord, a leading national biotech company focused on cord blood banking and research. She trained with the Coaches Training Institute, and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She and her two wonderful daughters reside in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
